- Innovations – Fund always searches for new ideas and approaches in cooperation between charity foundations, NGOs, media and society. Built up on world charity traditions we use only best international practices in our work.
- Rule of law – Fund exists and functions according to the Ukrainian legislation, recognized norms and international law principles.
- Self-identification – We are open for all new positive ideas and initiatives, however, we have a right to refuse the idea if it would contradict with our chief principles and values.
- Effectiveness and Responsibility – We strive to use the most effective methods and mechanisms which helps us to achieve the best outcomes.
