Project 'A Celebration for the Birthday Person' This project is the most heartfelt and touching: we especially feel our loneliness on our birthday – when there are no family or friends around. Life passes by. Time is cruel. But not us! That’s why we visit those who are lonely and celebrating a milestone birthday – 75, 80, 85, and older – together with volunteers! Every month, at least 10 clients of the Foundation celebrate their birthdays. Regardless of age, everyone loves gifts like a child and looks forward to pleasant surprises. We give a bouquet of flowers, some tasty treats, and something useful in these challenging times. For example, a set of rechargeable lamps or a power bank for charging a phone.
