Activities of the "Or Shalom" Trauma Center in February 2023

An important task of the "Or Shalom" Trauma Center is to be close to the members of the Jewish community in a period of crisis, to professionally help them survive the realities and find the Peaceful Light of life.

We invite you to the following events in February 2023:

Online meetings:

- "Psychological Express "Happy Life" (conducted by psychologist Tetyana Dmytrenko): February 1, 9, 16 and 23, 2022, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.;

- "Ask - we answer" (led by the head of the Center Chaplinska Vira): February 14, 2023, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Offline meetings for IDPs - wards of Hesed (conducted by psychologist Tetyana Dmytrenko):

- "Door Accommodation" February 7, 2023, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.;

- "How to fight fatigue" February 14, 2023, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.;

- "How to get rid of guilt" February 21, 2023, 10.00-11.30.

Offline meetings for the wards of the "golden age" (conducted by the head of the Center Chaplinska Vira and psychologist Tetyana Dmytrenko):

- Art therapy meeting "Anti-Stress" on February 8, 2023, 13:00-14:00;

- Cinema therapy on February 15, 2023, 13:00-14:30;

- Practical class on the topic "Fear of becoming useless and abandoned by loved ones" February 22, 2023, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Offline meetings for adults (led by psychologist Tetyana Dmytrenko):

- Preventive meeting "Preserving the vitality of the individual in the conditions of hostilities" February 9, 2023, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.;

- Practical meeting "Emotional intelligence" on February 16, 2023, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.;

- Therapeutic group on February 23, 2023, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
