Young leaders – the future volunteers visiting the ICF

12 August, 2016 the youth platform Juice and ICF "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel" held a joint project – we were visited by the young boys and girls who want to become leaders. It is commonly known that a leader is a person who is not afraid to take responsibility, including social. Therefore, the introduction of the youth into our work and sharing the event with wards became an integral part of leadership and communication skills development of boys and girls who came to visit us.

During the visit of young leaders, Director Raisa Gritsenko told about the main directions of work and also gave a tour at Hesed.

Then the future leaders together with our clients participated in the work of creative studio, making all together a great souvenir Hamsas. Each work was unique, because the materials and accessories in hand allowed "masters" to implement their creative imagination in full measure. And this was also contributed by a warm atmosphere. The atmosphere, felt when a big and friendly family meets at one table.

However, the highlight of the meeting was the presentation by the guys of Shabbat sets to our wards and decorated with good taste bouquets! All participants of the meeting had shining smiles straight from the hearts’ overcoming with emotions!

The meeting was pleasant to both our young guests, and wards: each of them received a lot of positive emotions and impressions. We believe that social work and volunteering will become interesting to the guys. And we are waiting for their further visits again!
