28.09.2016 died Shimon Peres, former President of the state of Israel.


skonchalsyashimonperesInternational Charity Fund "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel" expresses condolences to the people of Israel for the passing of Shimon Peres, the legendary Israeli politician and statesman.

Only recently, a year ago Shimon Peres, the former President of Israel, said in Kiev his vivid speech in which 92-year-old politician talked about the importance of a dream in life which allows a person to stay young. How important it is not to be a pessimist and that the driving force are the good will, generosity and human potential. These qualities are the resource that allows us as charity fund to help a huge number of lonely and most vulnerable members of the Jewish community.

Shimon Peres became one of the outstanding sons of Israel, infinitely loved by his people and respected by the whole progressive mankind. He never surrendered, managing to maintain faith in himself in the most difficult situations. He became an example of a man of genius, combining the strongest leadership qualities and touching humanity, wisdom of a teacher and youthful cheerfulness, an inexhaustible curiosity and a mature work diligence.

We grieve and empathize all of the Jewish people. It is difficult to accept this sad news. But let us console with the warmest memories of Shimon Peres and cherished memory of him!
