• Congratulations to the diplomants of the International festival

    September in Lvov was very bright, melodic, and very rich for the events. During three days from 28th of September to 2nd of October 2017, the ancient city hosted the participants and guests of the third International festival "Golden years". On the stage of the summer theatre in the Park of culture and leisure n.a. Bogdan Khmelnytsky met talented performers from different corners of Ukraine and abroad, who reached the age of 55.

    The only representatives of Kiev at the festival were volunteers from the ICF "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel" Mikhail Strizhevskiy and Ella Malakhova. Together with other participants of the festival – virtuoso amateur singers – our volunteers played for two days and won the sincere delight of the audience. It is pleasant to note that Mikhail entertained the guests of the festival with an unforgettable performance of popular Ukrainian songs: "Chornobrivtsi" (ed. – V. Vermenich, N. Singaevskiy) and "Two colors" (ed. – D. Pavlychko, A. Bilash). Ella complimented the audience with a gentle performance of the Belarusian folk song "Perepelochka", sounded in the Ukrainian interpretation and also a song of her own composition "Kari Ochi".

    The talent and mastery of Mikhail and Ella so much delighted the jury that the head of the jury – Ivan Nikolov (Bulgaria) personally invited both artists to participate in the forthcoming festivals next year, which will be held in Bulgaria and Slovakia. It is also important that our favorite artists have become honorary diplomants of the festival and significantly increased the number of their fans.

    ICF "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel" with great pleasure congratulates the volunteers and good friends – Mikhail Strizhevskiy Ella Malakhova – with the successful performance and well-deserved recognition!
