The training for the social workers in the ICF «Jewish Hesed «Bnei Azriel»
The calendar year has just begun, and experts of ICF "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel" are already actively working to improve their professional skills in order to provide services to the clients of Hesed at the highest level. With this purpose the specialists of the educational center of the Kyiv Hesed conducted training for social workers titled: "Prevention of professional burnout". The main objective pursued by our experts, was the prevention of professional burnout of social workers and training them with the necessary communication skills and self-regulation techniques. These classes are extremely important because the social worker often becomes the only close person with whom the wards of Hesed have been in regular contact for a long time. So, on the condition and disposition to work of a social worker depends largely the attitude and view of life of our wards, the Jews of Kiev and Kiev region. Thanks to the regular training sessions and practical work all the experts of ICF "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel" are given the necessary support and professional assistance to enable them to competently care about the clients and provide them with decent living conditions. ICF "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel" thanks the participants and organizers of the training for active work and professional approach to the classes.
